Losing cool

I lost my cool at June today, at the stupidest thing.

I was in a hurry to get to my physiotherapist this morning, since I was running late (nothing unusual for me these days now, with a baby). June decided to poo not only once right before I was about to leave, but the second time—and this, right after I had changed her diaper after her first poo. This of course is nothing unusual. But then, while I was taking my time getting her new diaper ready (we are trying cloth diapers these days, so changing diapers is not as easy as before), she decided to take a pee, thus staining her clothes and my shirt. This was also the second time (she peed at me when I was changing her after her first poo as well).

Frustrated, I shouted at her: JUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNE!!!

I came to my senses when June started crying. She must have sensed my frustration and got scared.

I am sorry, June. I will never shout at you at such a stupid thing again. I will do my best to be a more patient mother, I promise.
